Can you have multiple answers? Because the first one is definitely right, but I can't prove the second one wrong yet.

Okay so the second one is right and the first is wrong. The last two are wrong because the plot doesn't even include information about the number of people that can read or how many people gave information about the topic. The first is wrong because, although you can find the mean from the given information, it isn't given by the plot. Hope that helps.
