I will fan please helppppp!
how do I find the perimeter of the shape
It depends on the shape but you normally add up the sides
Which shape do you have in question?
For that one you can just add up the lengths of the sides but keep in mind the two sides that are angled you would have to find their length by finding the slope which is found by rise/run
so do i write -4 over 1, Im confused
i will be back in 20
I sort of said it wrong it's not slope I always just got to slope be you would use pathegorean theorem for the two sides so 3^2+4^2=c^2 so the length would be root 13 so the perimeter would be root 13 + root 13 +6+6
So the perimeter would be 12+2sqrt13 or 19.21
im back
so you would round it up and the perimeter is 19
After rounding to a whole number I would say it is 19
if you dont mind can you help me on one more and I will give you a medal
Sure
The equation of line AB is y=-1/6x-1. Write and equation of a line perpendicular to line AB in slope-intercept form that contains point(-4,3)(Hint:y-y1=M(x-x1)
Sorry my iPad decided to close this on me. The line perpendicular is the opposite slope so the perpendicular line to y=-1/6x-1 is y=1/6x+1
