The Native Americans suffered from the war. Their land was taken from them and they lost their Allies, not to mention the many casualties. If you were looking for more specificity, I would be happy to provide you with more information but the question is rather vague. Also, if you look on the History channel website or National Geographic, they have lots of information on these things.
