b? lol this is an outline for a paragraph that he wants someone to write for him but having someone else write it for him would be useless for him because eh would have no understanding for the subject therefore it would end up causing more problems because he would have no idea and alos the teacher would know if he wrote it or not....... I would suggest that he wrote his own paper
