 for x days

treat the info as (x,y) points
$465 for 5 days.  that is point (5,465)
for a week, he has to pay a total rent of $625.  that is 7 days, so (7, 625)

now find the equation of a line through those two points
can you do that?

one way is find the slope  (change in y divided by change in x)
then find the y-intercept
