is -4 positive ? No we can skip it.

let's go on to look at B and C... looking at them together because they both say something about the function being even. 
let's look at choice B and C? 
is f(x)=f(-x) (if so then f is even)?

what is f(-x)

well you kind of already know by process of elimination that f is even 
therefore f(x)=f(-x)
so you just have to determine if both ends go in same direction or opposite...
let's think about this 
what does f(x)=f(-x) mean...
well this means f(10)=f(-10)
f(500)=f(-500)
and so on...
what can you say about the ends of the graph? same direction or opposite direction?
