Help with algebra?

OpenStudy (decentnabeel):

yes @MathHater82

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Why does \[x^2+\frac{ 4 }{ 3 }x+\frac{ 4 }{ 9 }\] equal \[(x+\frac{ 2 }{ 3 })^2\]

OpenStudy (decentnabeel):

\[x^2+\frac{4\cdot \:x}{3}+\frac{4}{9}=\left(x+\frac{2}{3}\right)^2\quad :\quad True\]

Why I don't understand the math involved.

OpenStudy (decentnabeel):

\[\left(\frac{2}{3}+x\right)^2\] \[\left(a+b\right)^2=a^2+2ab+b^2\] \[=\left(\frac{2}{3}\right)^2+2x\frac{2}{3}+x^2\] \[=\frac{4x}{3}+x^2+\frac{4}{9}\]

OpenStudy (decentnabeel):

are you understand @MathHater82
