ok first, the equation of the line. The slope looks like 3/2. y-intercept looks like 7/2-ish. y=3/2x + 7/2 (multiply both sides by 2 to get rid of fractions) 2y=3x+7 (get x on the left side) 3x+2y=7 (yay) now, the graph has the top shaded. So... 3x+2y >= 7 is the answer. so D.
