Does any one know what formula to use for this ? :) What is the arc length of a circle that has a 7-centimeter radius and a central angle that is 40 degrees? Use 3.14 for π and round your answer to the nearest hundredth.

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

Arc Length = Radius * Central Angle

How would you use pi then?

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

With this equation you can find it....maybe we need to conver the angle from Degree to radians.. in that case, you need to use pi.
