Could you help me in math?

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Hey what's your question, maybe I can help you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Write this decimal as a percent. .125

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Alright, well to do this just move the decimal two places to the right, and add a % sign, so if you have lets say 0.245 we would write it as 24.5% does that make sense? Remember it's out of a 100 always, as 100% is the most we can have :)

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

So what would yours be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

12.5?

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Exactly!

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

So we have .125 -> 12.5%

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

:)
