Medal A sample of a patient’s blood serum revealed a glucose level that was off the charts –i.e. too high to be properly measured by the instrument. A dilution of the serum was performed, by adding 15 μL of serum to 75 μL of dilutent. The resulting solution had a glucose level of 75 mg/dL. Determine the dilution ratio used, and the actual glucose level of the patient.
