I think it may be tyranny. I don't think the answer is life or liberty.

The answer would be Tyranny. For future reference, this is a good thing to know: "We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." We were forced to memorize this in civics
