Settled Arabs of towns affected the spread of Islam through their alliances with other settled tribes and also the trade caravans that came through their settlements such as Mecca. Nomadic Arabs moved around a great deal as they were not city/town dwelling people so they were able to spread the message of Islam all around Arabia....
