OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i tried that i typed odds in favor and got it wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

neither are 1/4:( its weird ik

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@heretohelpalways

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am not really sure. I will tag some people. @BioHazard9064

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@isaac4321

OpenStudy (anonymous):

MayBe It's 2/8

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

Im gonna guess that its not 1/4 or .25 or 25%

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup none

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh lol sorry I had a brain fart

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

sorry i'm going back between two uestions

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

questions*

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

so lets see

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

This Is two questions right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

ok

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

so lets break it down the ratio of favorable outcomes to unfavorable outcomes is called

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i tried odds in favor ---wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

theoretical probability

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is 1

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

is there answers

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

to the first one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?no

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

ok so for the second and third both are similar

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

so the 3rd one the answers 1/4 or .25 or 25% wont work as well?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah they sh ould be 1/4 but nope-_- lol

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

ok so you have a question with four answer choices with 25 percent chance for being correct so if its not 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

...

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

I dont see a way to put 1/4 as anything but 0.25 or 25%

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

can you bump this question to the top because i cant get it alone

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup

OpenStudy (anonymous):

? do you have any clue on it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Juliannaaaaaa @welshfella @speartonion @triciaal

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

brb

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

@DaBest21 Any Ideas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@jcoury

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so mabeye its asking what is the probability of spinnig on yellow and selecting the correct answer so 1/4*1/4=1/8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not an option

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@BioHazard9064 and @Anna-Rose do u guys think this makes sense

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are the choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/4 1/3 3/1 3/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the circle one

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

i think 1/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Keigh2015 help

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

wait 3/4 maby

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it all one question

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

no 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh are there choices for the other questions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

theres only 2 questions now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the first on has to do with the circle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what circle do u mean the spinner?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what are the other questions again?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@welshfella

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are the odds of spinning yellow on the spinner below? not 1/4! ^SPINNER You need to guess on a multiple-choice question that has four options. What are the odds that you choose the correct answer?

OpenStudy (biohazard9064):

1/4, .25 and 25% don't work

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is You need to guess on a multiple choice test the same as what are the odds u choose the correct answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the same question i mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u post a screen shot mabeye @Anna-Rose

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/3 is the second and 3/4 is the 1st and odds was the onei had before

OpenStudy (welshfella):

yeah i've always found 'odds' tricky but i think the odds against you choosing the right answer is 3:1

OpenStudy (welshfella):

so the 'odds on' is 1:3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

send me a message if its right
