OpenStudy (anonymous):

omg its like the same thing as before okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea i know just different numbers, just do the same answer as last time, like the steps and stuff :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Step1. Find the area of the diagram. you can do this by multiplying base times height. 4 x 5=20 inches ^2. Step2. Since the diagram is 1:20 scale, multiply 20 x 20 to get 400 inches ^2, as the area of the full scale room. Step 3. Since the dimensions need to be in inches, divide:400/12, to get 33 and 1/3 feet ^2 as the area of the real room.

we good?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats the final answer, can you make the final answer step 4

Since the diagram is 1:20 scale, multiply 20 x 20 to get 400 inches ^2, as the area of the full scale room. Step 3. Since the dimensions need to be in inches, divide:400/12 Step 4. Dividing 400/12 will give you 33 and 1/3 feet ^2 as the area of the room
