"of" really means to multiply. And a percentage, to change to a decimal you move the decimal place two places to the left. Once you find that, multiply it by 60 c:

10% of 60 is 6 30% of 60=? ^ ____ ^ 3*6 = 18 So 30% of 60 is 18 Easiest method of doing it.
