It's more than okay to ask for precalculus assistance, but not at all okay to ask for direct assistance on a test or exam. Perhaps you need study assistance?

There are plenty of resources on the internet to learn any of the topics that come up in pre-calc.

For future reference, here's an excellent resource for precalculus assistance. Even doing advanced college-level mathematics, it's difficult to find resources better than Khan Academy. https://www.khanacademy.org/math/precalculus
