Arnold went shopping at The Link with $80 to spend. He spent $12 on a belt and $20 for a shirt. Write an inequality to represent how much he can spend on pants, x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x+20+12=80

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well we know that x=pants and 80 has to be on one side of the inequality sign which has to be less than or equal to so we have this \[12+20+x \le80\]

@Tirop first of all dont give direct answer aka explain and that is incorrect it says inequality
