I have an idea:

we can create a special section entitled "Tutorials" and inside it, we collect all tutorials from all OpenStudy people. Such new section will equipped with the main sections of OpenStudy, namely: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Music, and so on, as subsections, such that when an user has to post a tutorial, he has to choose the appropriate subsection wherein to post that tutorial, first.

Yes it would be... this is why i suggested it myself and have thought about adding it in using my extension when it comes out of beta... but then i realized i shouldn't because theres a reason why they dont want it.

Yes, it would be nice OS had it's own section but @abhisar has also helped co design a site for tutorials, I'm not sure if it's up to date still but it's still good!
