I haven't see any tools that's why i brought this up because i haven't seen anything done but i don't know just because i haven't seen it doesn't mean it hasn't been done.

Normal users don't have tools. It would readily be abused if they had that. Only Moderators can delete, etc.

If i see someone giving direct answer i would send him a nice message instead reporting or tagging a mod.
because I know some people are not familiar with the coc rules

Once upon a time I did. People 60ss and below usually do because they either don't know the rules yet and didn't read the CoC or just ignore them. During the summer the mods aren't online as often. When school starts and there are DA givers...yolo

Im sorry @EclipsedStar and @thesmartone i know i make a lot of mistakes and keep making them ill try my best to not give direct answers and if im tempted to give a direct answer,ill tag you guys and you can answer it instead.

Usually the main reason why some users give DA's is because of the asker...the asker accepting DA's are equally guilty. It's better to ask for the asker's participation (for example, have them put down what they think the answer is first). Thanks for being a positive member of this site.
