Hey,
I'm weak when it comes to communication.My verbal and written English is down the roll.
Any tips/suggestions would be really appreciated.

It is said that speech perception precedes speaking/writing. Therefore listening to formal speech/audiobook as much as your time allows will guarantee that your natural comprehension of the language as well as your ability to write and speak will increase. Our brain needs to be exposed to the complex syntax and lexicon of any language if you want to speak it. Listening comes first. As a baby learns a language after a certain silence period while he or she spends time listening to the conversation by his her parents.
