Here's the synopsis: Meet Shilo Montgomery. On the outside, she's a normal seventeen year old girl with a loving family(too loving in her opinion), a laid back job, and amazing friends. Just by looking at her you would think that this humorous, beautiful girl is living the perfect life. Contrary to what you see, on the inside she's broken and is struggling to move on from happened in the past. Going through her everyday life is just a struggle for her. Shilo needs help, and not with her homework. Is there anyone that can do what her therapist can't? Or will Shilo never truly, be saved? Enter Everett Adcove. Selfish, popular, dangerous, egotistical and the little rich bad boy. That's how people who don't know him perceive him to be. But his heart is bigger than his house and people who do know him know that despite the money and parties, he really does have a hard life and he's nothing like what he seems. But will Everett ever get past the demons that haunt him? When Everett transfers from his prep school to Shilo's high school and immediately takes a liking to her, things go from bad to catastrophic. At least, that's what Shilo's convinced herself of. Everett just sees a broken girl, one whose life is shattered in pieces smaller than his. But maybe these two aren't that different; he and Shilo could be alike in more ways than one. Can they help each other overcome their previous hardships? Or are their former tragedies too great to ever escape from? Full of heartache, romance and a little bit of drama, the next couple of months will confront Shilo and Everett in ways they never thought possible. And maybe something truly amazing can come out of it. © Copyright 2015 Kasey Beach. All Rights Reserved.
