Lise Meitner was an awesome chemist who made the first nuclear fission....
Later on scientists worked in a bigger scale for nuclear bomb against the NAZIS

Some phisisit had discover nuclear fission of the Uranium atom, in other words if we get very heavy atom and bomb it nucleus with protons it will split it two lighter atoms, and will reliase some energy. At the beginign no one matter about that, till sone spy descovered that nazi were exporting Uranium from (im not sure, if Polonia or Serbia), at than poin some scientist get allarmed as thet thought that Hitler want to buil a nuclear bomb (we actually don't' know if it's true or not, i mean...i don't know). So some scientist wrote a letter to american (i don't' remember which president or what were at the power in those years), a letter that even Einstain singed.
At this point governement get started the Manhattan project, for get the nuclear bomb before nazi. So the best chemists, phisics and ingeneers from the US, UK and Canada collaborated for it creation. They make 4 bombs, the first one "the gadget" was detonated in the desert of New Mexico, second "Little boy" was dropt on Hyroshima (japan), third dropt on Nagazaky (japan).
