Shift the graph of y = x2 right 14 units and then up 9 units. Shift the graph of y = x2 right 14 units and then down 9 units. Shift the graph of y = x2 left 14 units and then down 9 units.

im stuck with the 14, i think its right but im not sure

f(x) ----> f(x - a) moves the graph a units to the right f(x)----> f(x) - a move the graph a units down
