hint: first step: we have to factor out 3xy between the first and second terms, and -9y between the third and fourth terms, so we get: \[\Large 3xy\left( {{x^2} + 4} \right) - 9y\left( {{x^2} + 4} \right)\] now we have to factor out 3y*(x^2+4), what do you get?
