Anybody Please Help Me

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

f of g(3) just mean f(g(3))

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

So find f(g(x)) first all you do is plug in function g(x) wherever there is an x in f(x). So we have \[f(g(x)) = 3(2x-1)^2-2(2x-1)+5\]

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Now just plug in 3 and evaluate

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just figured out the first two on my own but i dont get the last one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait hold up i get it thank you

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Np, so your question has a open circle right? (f o g)(x) like that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Yes, that just means f(g(x)) and follows my explanation above

OpenStudy (anonymous):

gotcha! thank you very much

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

Np
