Let f(x)=x+8 and g(x)=x2(squared)-6x-7. Find f(g(2)). A. -7 B. -3 C. 10 D. 33

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

First lets find f(g(x)) which just means take function g(x) and plug in wherever there is an x in f(x). \[f(g(x)) = (x^2-6x-7)+8\] now do the same with f(g(2)) just have to plug in 2 and evaluate where ever there is an x in the function above.
