Explain how antibiotics are able to target the bacteria cells but not the healthy cells within your body.

I think the answer should be, by targeting molecules present in bacteria but not in the body cells. For example, penicillin interferes with the cell wall building enzymes in bacteria and we don’t have those cell wall building enzymes so it can only target bacterial cells.
