Why do we say open-loop gain of op-amp is very high usually quoted in 100,000 or so,but it gets saturated for the values of Vcc?

Every amplifier. regardless of gain, have physical limits. In electronics the maximum out is Vcc and the signal get clipped. What this is saying the maximum input of a Opamp mentioned is Vcc/100,000 for near linear amplification.

So if I Apply 10uV as my input and hope that the op-amp is sensitive to that signal and operated in open-loop configuration.then do i get the 1v as my output?

yes, but not generally done due to noise and othe factors. Feedback decreases noise, distortions (increases bandwidth), stabliity.
