How do fungi excrete?

I think they just pump out any waste materials of their cells into the space around them

Fungi do not ingest nutrients they secrete digestive enzymes onto a nutrient source then absorb their needed organic forms of carbon and nitrogen leaving any unusable material behind. They are classed as decomposing osmotrophs.
