OpenStudy (jozelynw):

I have Flvs classes and I did a assignment for science. My teacher tells me to call her , then she says that someone has that same responses just like MEEEE. SO I didn't CHEAT ............. I prove to her I didn't cheat by answering some questions on how I found the answers. I end up getting all the answers right (IT was pretty easy to me) She sends me a of email academic integrity questions that I have to answer. Does these questions count as I cheated or something??????????????

OpenStudy (kenzie.christiansen):

no why would that be cheating ?? your doing your own work .. so in my opinion its not cheating

pooja195 (pooja195):

Well if you posted a question on this site anyone has the right to look up the same questions and can also copy your answers even if it is your work.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

The more you copy things from the web, the more likely this will happen. As pooja pointed out, even if you work out an answer on your own or ask someone here to grammar check it, the posting on a public web site open it up for copying. There are ways to defend against this. Work on rewording things. Get help or gamar checking on only the parts you are least sure of. Both of these will help you submit items that are unique and uncopiable.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Maybe, the other student may have copied your work. (Which is against the rules on FLVS) If you asked for help on here, we can obviously see your question and the work you have, the student maybe copied it. The teacher should at least look at the submission date first of all, to see who submitted their assignment first to prove that they copied your answer. But it won't be cheating if you did your own work. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^ By the way, my grammar might be incorrect. Mind my mistakes please, my due date for FLVS is tomorrow and I have about 3 more DBA'S. Also, it is midnight :/ So my grammar might be very bad because i'm very stressed out :o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have FLVS too, I know your feelings..., the teacher also said that I cheat on test lol, but i didn't

OpenStudy (kenzie.christiansen):

wow i hear a lot for people who's teachers accuse them of cheating on a test from FLVS

OpenStudy (the_fizicx99):

I think she/it might have marked you for plagiarism given the questions/form you have to fill out. It's quite easy, in fact, to be accused of "cheating" because the questions are often times posted on various sites. You might want to use similar programs they use to check for plagiarism -- I use Grammarly.
