The top scale is 1 cm = 18 ft. Since the model using the top scale measures 5 cm, then the real measure is 5(18) ft = 90 ft. Now using the second scale, 1 cm = 3 ft, but 90 ft = 30 (3 ft) 30(1 cm) = 30(3 ft) 30 cm = 90 ft Answer: 30 cm
