A spinner has 14 equal sectors with different letters for each sector, as shown below:Victoria spins the spinner 18 times, and it stops at the letter B 10 times. If she spins the spinner a 19th time, what is the theoretical probability that this time it will stop at the letter B?

It does not matter how much times Victoria spins. Her 19th spin will be independent on her previous spin. So its just possible outcome/total possible outcome which is 1/14
