All of this depends on what YOU pick.
rent- $850.00
electricity- Ranges between $30-$100
heating-Would be included with rent
phone- Depends what company if i chose t-mobile $80 for 2 lines
cable- for x-finity its $100 per month for internet and cable
All of this really only just takes a bot of research
