it would be 0, if i am correct. Because each negative number has a corresponding positive number that when averaged out would equal 0. example: -5000 and 5000 average to zero

Well if it continues to go on and on each and every number will have a number that corresponds to it that is positive. When everything is added together i would expect it to come out as zero. And zero divided by anything is still zero. :)
