then you need to identify the vertex of the translation
it doesnt say, but how do we find the vertex
the equations are written in vertex form \[Y = (x -h)^2 + k\] (h, k) is the vertex. By comparing this to your equations can you identify the vertex of each parabola..?
so just to help the original has a vertex at (5, 7) an the translation has a vertex at(-1, -2) so what movement took place
