move 3x to where 2 is.
-4y less than or equal to 3x+2
divide -4 from both sides,
y less than/equal to 3/4x-1/2
OpenStudy (anonymous):
is that an answer?

Don't you flip the less than or equal to sign to greater than or equal to when dividing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
