At a conference of 250 people, 30% of the participants are French, 35% are Americans, 20% are Germans, and the rest are of the other nationalities. Among any 3 participants, what is the probability that they are not all from other countries? A: 50 B: 75 C: 150 D: 175

30 + 35 + 20 = 85% are form either France, USA or Germany. so 15% are from other countries.
