Your boss hands you the monthly data that show the number of orders coming in to and out of the warehouse. The data are in the table below. Explain to your boss, in complete sentences, the solution to this system and what the solution represents.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Month No. of orders in No. of orders out January (1) 2 3 February (2) 4 4 March (3) 6 5 April (4) 8 6

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

look at the table in which month do you have the `incoming orders` equal the `outgoing orders` ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

March

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

really ? whats the count of incoming orders in March ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh I'm sorry i looked at it wrong, february

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

Yes, the solution to the system is the month in which both the columns have same value. From the table, in February both the columns have same value of 4. so the solution is February.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

The solution represents the month at in which the incoming orders equal the outgoing orders. So, in February we have incoming orders equal the outgoing orders

Thank you so much!
