What's the statement of error in a lab report? Is it any different from error propagation summary?

So my teacher says I need statement of error and discuss it, as well as possible improvement for my lab and I don't know if statement of error can be in paragraph or that it can be qualitative as opposed to being quantitative.

I don't know what error propagation summary is  but I would interpret statement of error to mean you had a false statement in your report and the lab result was based on assuming that statement was true.
