The answer is A. If the tank if filled by a tenth (1/10) every 12 minutes then it would take 120 minutes to fill the tank completly. 120 minutes equals 2 hours

1/5 or .20 multiplied by 10 hours equals 2 hours

oh and 1/5 of an hour or 0.2 multiplied by 60 minutes equals 12 minutes if that part confused you, hope I helped
