Why should you be aware of an interviewer’s “hidden agenda”? -so you can find ways to address them in your answers -so you don’t fall into the interviewer’s trap with the agenda -so you don’t offend the interviewer by not knowing the agenda -so you arrive at the right time during the hidden agenda

Since hidden agenda is a secret or ulterior motive for something, it's probably the third one

np

well it wasn't that one but oh well xD thanks for trying

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry :(

The first one I think. While bigtam is right about an agenda being secret, knowing an interviewer's agenda will give you more freedom to know how to approach an interview and answer the questions that conform to the agenda.
