I have a suggestion: Can we gift smartcents to people?

I'm not sure that it would really work out...users get smartcents from medals. Medals have to be earned (and they also change your smartscore). Smartcents are also used to buy titles, which have to be earned (and titles show the experience a user had in a certain subject). >_<

Smart cents are mainly only to buy titles. And if you gift them that means you really didnt earn the medals. And giving out SC'S is like handing out medals, its against our CoC.
