to do this in the future any online graphing tool will help, all you do is plug in the given point and any test point that fits in the instructions. For this one I plugged in -2,-3 and 2,3 which fits because it crosses the line above the origin. Then you find the slope by counting how many units up/down and left/right and putting it into a fraction. Reduce the fraction and voila.
