The two-intercept form for the equation of a line is
\[\large \frac{x}{a}+\frac{y}{b}=1\]
where a is the x-intercept and b is the y-intercept.
You have already found that a = 6 and b = 8, so just plug those values into the general equation for the two-intercept form.
