OpenStudy (abb0t):

Probability when you have A and B you can set = to 100 A = will rain B = not rain that means .90 + .10 = 1 same with game being post poned. When it says a chance of something AND something happening, you multiply the two.

OpenStudy (abb0t):

So 0.90 (0.30) = 0.27 = 27%
