I'm still having problems scrolling down the list of questions (in any section), i'm only able to see the first 10 that load. I've tried erasing cached images and files as well as deleting browser history. What do?

I was able to load more previous questions when I used Internet Explorer, but if I use any other browser, I am only able to see the most recent questions.
