http://www.nutrition.gov/ http://www.choosemyplate.gov/ http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usda/usdahome?navid=food-nutrition you'll have to find the 2 important facts from the site, it won't be hard. And the reason why these sites are all reliable is because they all have .gov, which means its a government run organization website, so no wrong, untruthful, or outdated facts are on the site.

OpenStudy (nathalyn):

okay thanks!!!

OpenStudy (nathalyn):

@ccswims um like where can i find the fact in the webste like i dont get it!! ::???

OpenStudy (ccswims):

For instance, on choosemyplate.org they have a section where it says "10 tips nutrition education series" I picked fruits It says "Keep Fruits Safe: Rinse fruits before preparing or eating them. Under clean running water, rub fruits briskly to remove dirt and surface microorganisms. After rinsing, dry with a clean towel"

OpenStudy (ccswims):

So, the important nutrition fact would be to make sure you wash your fruits and veggies to get rid of any dirt or micro-organisms.

Is this good http://www.choosemyplate.gov/ A fact that I found in this website is that it says (Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive. Use these tips and materials to make healthy choices while staying within your budget.) That is very true! http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usda/usdahome?navid=food-nutrition A fact that I found here is this ( Our international food aid programs benefited about 34 million individuals globally with assistance valued at nearly $1.6 billion.) That’s a lot of money) @ccswims

OpenStudy (ccswims):

http://www.choosemyplate.org Eat sea food twice a week. Sea food contains a range of nutrients, including healthy omega-3 fats.

OpenStudy (ccswims):

Try to stick with more, nutritional facts, like something about whats inside or what makes the food so good for you

OpenStudy (ccswims):

brb, i have to go check someones work, but ill help you with the second one too if you need it

OpenStudy (ccswims):

https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Iron-HealthProfessional/ Iron is an essential component of hemoglobin, an erythrocyte protein that transfers oxygen from the lungs to the tissues [1]. As a component of myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles, iron supports metabolism [2]. Iron is also necessary for growth, development, normal cellular functioning, and synthesis of some hormones and connective tissue
