I'm wracking my brains with this one ok I think i remember take point A ( 2 , 4) dilation factor is 1/2 so the new coordinates will be (2/2 , 4/2) = (1 , 2)

So do the same thing with the other 3 points and you've got it point B will become (-0.5, 2.5) etc

divide each coordinate by 2
