Describe the process for calculating the volume of a cone.

Find the radius

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Use the radius to find the area of the base circle. To find the area of the base circle, you can just use the same formula you'd use to find the area of a circle: A = πr^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Find the height of the cone. If you know it already, write it down. If you don't know it, use a ruler to measure it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Multiply the area of the base by the height of the cone

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Divide the product by three

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and you're done

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks ur a real mvp

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and tbh ur cute

OpenStudy (anonymous):
